WORK APPROACH

STS CANADA has developed working practices that aim at adapting your facilities to new production levels. Optimization can be done either on stand-alone equipment, an entire fleet or a single sector of your facilities. Our approach starts with an audit of unit operations in two steps. First, we survey the employees which use and work around the audited equipment. Second, we visit the facilities and inspect the equipment. After, observations are compiled with the operating parameters and then analysed. The results are then presented to management. Units and process equipment are ranked according to their criticality and an upgrade plan is submitted. This plan includes a list of actions to be implemented.
