Business Development Manager

STS Canada is a consulting group specialized in separation and filtration processes. Our team brings together recognized experts in separation processes for the management, optimization, and development of new filtration and separation technologies applied to heavy and manufacturing industries


We are looking for a business development manager to:

  • Develop and implement business development strategies and establish annual action plans to stimulate the growth of STS Canada.
  • Identify potential clients/partners and projects and present them with the advantages of collaborating with STS Canada.
  • Identify the needs of the clients and offer them tailored solutions while providing exceptional customer service.
  • Generate new business through prospecting activities (online, by phone, and in person).
  • Promote STS Canada's services and new solutions to clients.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with STS Canada partners and its clients.
  • Analyze market trends and customer behaviors to identify growth opportunities .
  • Actively participate in trade fairs and relevant related activities.

Requirements:

  • 5 to 10 years of experience in commercial representation within the heavy industry..
  • Engineer, chemist, or equivalent technical training is an asset..
  • Territory : Canada, United States, International.

Languages requested:

  • French: Perfect command, good spelling.
  • English: Perfect command.
