We are looking for a business development manager to:
- Develop and implement business development strategies and establish annual action plans to stimulate the growth of STS Canada.
- Identify potential clients/partners and projects and present them with the advantages of collaborating with STS Canada.
- Identify the needs of the clients and offer them tailored solutions while providing exceptional customer service.
- Generate new business through prospecting activities (online, by phone, and in person).
- Promote STS Canada's services and new solutions to clients.
- Establish and maintain relationships with STS Canada partners and its clients.
- Analyze market trends and customer behaviors to identify growth opportunities .
- Actively participate in trade fairs and relevant related activities.

Requirements:
